Setting Up Ticket Properties and Pipelines:
- Navigate to Workspaces and select Help Desk.
- Click Help Desk Settings and select the Ticket Defaults tab.
- Under the Ticket status dropdown menu, click the "Set more ticket properties for help desk" link to add ticket properties.
- Once ticket properties are added, create and edit ticket pipelines if different tickets require different statuses.
